YLab is located on the unceded lands of the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation. We pay our respects to Elders past and present, and to the young people who are our collective future.

We extend this respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and communities across the lands that we meet and work. We recognise and respect their continuing connection to lands, waterways and community, and we deeply value their histories, cultures and knowledge.

We acknowledge the continued resistance and enduring determination of First Nations peoples in dismantling outdated colonial systems. We are grateful and proud to work alongside these communities in our systems change work as an ally organisation.
