Zen’s education commenced when she was 15, by learning English. She then entered high school and went on to complete a Bachelor’s Degree of Psychology, along with her Certificate II in Community Service. Showing dedication to her studies and passion towards helping anyone in need, no matter their age, Zen has worked and volunteered for a number of community service organisations, not-for-profit groups, and charities. As well as being a Brave Mentor, Zen is currently working as YLAB global associate with a social enterprise organisation offering consulting, learning and creative studio services. Zen has also worked as a Victorian Program Assistant with SHINE for Kids, a national charity supporting children with a parent in the criminal justice system.
