Tin is passionate about community development and digital and scholarly literacies. Tin has a background in academic and public libraries in Melbourne’s western suburbs where he has supported services in scholarly teaching and learning, research support and lifelong learning initiatives. He also has experience working in think tanks and local government and is interested in open access for scholarly publishing open data, web design and user experience. Tin holds qualifications in commerce, library and information sciences as well as archives and records management disciplines.
Tin is also an integral member of the Western YLab team.
