Kaitlyne Bowden


Kaitlyne is a Consultant, Advisor and Mental Health Advocate. She has a background of working and volunteering for non-profit organisations, in addition to having Youth Work certifications from RMIT University. Kaitlyne utilises her own lived experiences to stand up for those who are facing social and systemic injustice(s).

She has experience in running youth engagement and development workshops, consulting on and co-designing statewide policy reforms as well as peer-mentoring for organisations such as headspace, Berry Street, Victorian Council of Social Services (VCOSS), Orygen and currently at the Foundation for Young Australians as a YLab Associate.

Kaitlyne is also a board member at Family Safety Victoria, advising on the Royal Commission into Family Violence recommendations along with family violence policy reforms.
